AirVexo text updates
AirVexo, at airvexo.com, sends recurring automated marketing text messages to people who check the text message box on the Text updates page, the Home check page, or the Contact page. The messages are seasonal reminders for your heating and cooling system, links to new AirVexo guides, and news about smart home technology and 5G home internet, along with messages about your sign-up, such as its confirmation and replies to HELP and STOP. Every message is sent by AirVexo itself and starts with [AirVexo].
The box is optional, and leaving it unchecked means we write by email only.
First-party messages only
AirVexo is not a referral or lead service. Your number, your consent and your answers stay with AirVexo, and no contractor, manufacturer or internet provider receives them. A reminder tells you something is worth doing; if you want work done or a service set up, you contact the business of your choice yourself. No text from AirVexo enrols you in a program or a service.
How you opt in
Enter your mobile number on the Text updates page, the Home check page, or the Contact page and check the text message box, which is never checked for you. No other page on airvexo.com asks for a mobile number. After you sign up we send one confirmation message.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Frequency
Message frequency varies with the season, up to 4 messages per month.

Cost
AirVexo does not charge for its messages. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. You can also ask us to stop by email or phone, and you can sign up again from the Text updates page whenever you like.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The list of supported carriers can change without notice.
Your number
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties for their own marketing. Everything else about your data is in the Privacy policy.
