airvexo.com is operated by AirVexo, a brand of Prospect Digital LLC, which is registered in Wyoming and based at 1621 Central Ave, #68675, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Using the site, the home check or our text updates means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
What AirVexo offers
AirVexo publishes general information about heating and cooling equipment, indoor air, energy use, smart home technology and home internet. It also offers a home check that runs in your browser, and seasonal updates by email or text. All of it is free.
AirVexo is not an HVAC contractor, an electrician or an internet provider. It does not inspect, install, repair or sell equipment, and it does not sell internet plans or confirm service at any address.
Information, not advice
Our pages describe how things generally work and cannot account for the details of your home, your equipment or local codes. Wiring, gas, refrigerant and electrical work can be dangerous and is often regulated; use a licensed professional for it, and follow the instructions that came with your equipment.
The home check
The home check turns your answers into a reading list and a set of questions. It is not an inspection and does not tell you what your home needs. Your answers stay in your browser and are never sent to us.
Businesses you contact
When you contact a contractor, manufacturer or internet provider, you deal with them directly and on their terms. AirVexo is not part of that relationship: it sends nobody your way, takes no money from those businesses, and is not responsible for their quotes, work or service.
SMS text messaging
Program description
AirVexo, at airvexo.com, runs one text message program. Members get recurring automated marketing text messages sent directly by AirVexo: seasonal reminders for their heating and cooling system, links to new AirVexo guides, and news about smart home technology and 5G home internet. Every message begins with [AirVexo].
How you opt in
You join by entering a mobile number on the Text updates page or the Contact page and checking the text message box beside it. AirVexo never ticks it for you. One message confirms that you joined.
Consent
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can use every part of airvexo.com without agreeing to texts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. AirVexo charges nothing for its messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out and cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. The SMS terms and the Privacy policy give the full detail.
Your details
When you sign up you confirm that you are at least 18, and that the name, email address and mobile number you give are yours. You can ask us to correct them or to remove them at any time.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites run by others, such as the FCC National Broadband Map and the DSIRE incentives database. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Limits of liability
Products, ratings, rules and incentive programs change, so a page can fall out of date. We try to keep the site accurate but do not promise that it is complete or current. As far as the law allows, AirVexo is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make about your home.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of Wyoming.
